1. License Grant

When you download or purchase a loop pack, you are granted a royalty‑free license to use the loops in your own music productions.

• You may release your music on streaming platforms, radio, YouTube, social media, and in live performances.
• You retain 100% of the royalties and earnings from your music that incorporates the loops.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the name “AJ Nova” (or any variation thereof) in any public-facing material — including but not limited to artist credits, song titles, descriptions, or metadata — under any circumstance.
• Resell, redistribute, give away, or upload the loops “as is” (e.g., as part of another sample pack or sound library).
• Claim ownership of the loops themselves.
• Register the loops (raw or minimally modified) in any automated rights management system (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or similar).

3. Ownership

• All loops remain the intellectual property of AJ Nova Loops.
• You are licensing the right to use the loops in your music, not purchasing the loops outright.

4. Proof of License

• For paid packs, your receipt and included license certificate serve as proof of your right to use the loops.
• For free packs, downloading the loops constitutes agreement to these terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach these terms, including but not limited to redistribution of loops or false ownership claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

• AJ Nova Loops is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from misuse of the loops.
• Your use of the loops is your responsibility.
